We couldn't stay, but the hotel refused when I asked to cancel or get a refund after we'd been there less than 30-40 minutes. Our first room door wouldn't open with the code; staff tried to help and couldn't get it open either, so they moved us. The replacement room had visible stains and no working heat. We also waited about 30 minutes for the locked shared bathroom, with no access, and were asked to pay extra for towels. We left and found another hotel 300 meters away for less, with a private bathroom, working heating and much friendlier staff. Never again, F1.

Gina at reception made my stay much more pleasant. She was kind and professional, always willing to help, and her smile and positive attitude meant a lot.

A clean, pleasant place for a low budget. The shared bathrooms are narrow, though.

Josiana, the woman at reception, was really kind and polite.

There are restaurants of different kinds all around the hotel, which I highly recommend. The rooms are small but cozy, and the price seems fair for their size. Breakfast is sparse but fine for what it costs, though a few more cold cuts would be nice. You can hear planes overhead because it's near the airport, but for a hotel in this star category it was better than expected. The room had reasonable soundproofing, and pets are allowed.
