It's extremely basic, with no ventilation in the rooms, and the plastic mattress covers make you sweat. It was hard to breathe in there. The ibis next door costs the same and is 100% better. I wouldn't stay here.

The place was not very clean, smelled strange and was extremely noisy at night. Some people appeared to live there, with their belongings lying around. I also saw resident 'ladies of the night' working there, with a stream of men coming through the hotel all night. That made it feel uncomfortable and unsafe for adults, and completely inappropriate for children. Avoid at all costs.

We spent three days here. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was really good, with eggs and bacon. The hotel crew were extremely nice and welcoming.

When I arrived, I was told there'd been a system mistake with my booking. I had to pay for a taxi twice and leave my grandparents waiting for hours while I tried to find a solution and somewhere new to stay.

The staff were really, really kind. Breakfast was enough to enjoy, especially compared with hotels of a similar level in Paris.
