8/10
The breakfast had a fantastic range of good-quality food, and the beds were large and comfortable. I also liked the spacious, clean room, the big bathroom with its good shower, and being able to control the temperature easily. The staff were welcoming and helpful when we arrived, and there was tea, coffee, and a kettle in the room. The exterior could use a refresh, and the room decor needs updating, but it was still great value.

We asked for a family room and found an ashtray at the entrance. The tobacco smell was so strong in both the bedroom and bathroom that it seemed like someone had smoked inside. Campanile should be ashamed to allow this. This place should be closed for putting children's health at risk.

It was fine.

Friendly staff, though they didn't meet three-star standards, and the breakfast was just okay. But the room was in terrible shape and badly dated, with old bedding. A compressor kept starting up and waking me several times, and there was no hot water in the morning. The price was outrageous. I regularly stay in hotels as a salesman, and this was my worst experience. I don't understand how this hotel can still charge that much when there are much cheaper, much better places across the street. Avoid it.

The welcome was good and breakfast was plentiful, but room 26 had an outlet that didn't work and a faulty bathroom light. The room was old and had an unpleasant smell. I don't think it was worth the price at all.
