We slept really well here: the room and bathroom were fresh and clean, and the blinds made it properly dark. We booked the family room for our three teenagers, which had two bunk beds and an extra single. It’s a simple hotel, but everything was done very well for our one-night stop. The owner clearly takes pride in the place, speaks good English, and was happy to help me with my French. It’s also a handy spot when travelling between Roscoff or Caen and the South of France. It’s rated two stars because of its facilities, which suited us fine. Breakfast was extra (€11.50), with a choice of pain au Chocolat or Croissant, plus bread, egg, ham, cheese, coffee, juice, fruit and yoghurt. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.

The food was a real highlight, with a different homemade menu each day, all delicious. We stayed three nights with breakfast and dinner included while attending a 3-day conservatory training course on a business trip. The owner was so friendly and keen to make everyone happy. Thanks for the little peppermint Dijon ☺️. I’ll remember this hotel for my next visit, when I’m going to Puits du Fou, just a 20-minute drive away. All the best, sir! The 4-piece gang 😜

The owner made us feel very welcome and was attentive throughout our one-night business stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and came out quickly. I was glad I booked here, the room was clean and comfortable. I’d recommend it.
