Hôtel Restaurant de l'Abbaye

There was one thing I couldn't make sense of: why didn't our bathroom have a toilet seat? The staff were super friendly, the food was excellent and very reasonably priced, and the shop has a wide selection of excellent local products. I'd especially recommend trying their "Choue" beer on tap.

I've stayed here several times and have always come away with a positive impression. The team really tries to accommodate what you need, and nothing seems like too much trouble. I find the hotel and restaurant very good value.

We got a pretty good nightly rate for a hotel stop while travelling farther south. It's an old but decent place, and the peaceful surroundings and easy parking out front were handy. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our toddler could play in the garden while we ate on the terrace, with locals filling the bar inside. The atmosphere was good, though the amenities aren't state of the art.

There was one tiny shower available, but it was very clean. It was free as long as you ate there. The staff were very friendly, the food was good and the price fair, though it wasn't routier standard. The hotel, restaurant and shop have local champagne, beer and more. Trucks aren't really suited here, but if you arrive early you can park across from the hotel.
