Our planned four-week stay ended after just two, and the room was never serviced during that time. We didn’t get cleaning or fresh towels, and the toilet kept running all night because it wouldn’t flush properly. When we arrived, the room looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. The listing also didn’t mention that renovations were underway. Although reception was staffed around the clock, nobody there could move us to another room over the weekend, so we had to wait until Monday for the issue to be dealt with. Avoid this place.

We were on the top floor and had a decent view over the city. The room was a good size, with a double bed, TV and fridge, plus useful things in the cupboards like pans, a kettle and even a portable fan. Check-in was easy, and the hosts spoke really good English. Pave Blanc tram stop is right next door, with plenty of shops around. I was very happy with our room and would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Paris. Such a great trip.

Plenty of spots nearby to grab food or a drink. Good location.

The room itself was spacious, clean and well equipped, though the bathroom was too small. We had reserved garage parking for our four-night stay and confirmed it two weeks before arriving, but couldn’t use it because management had allocated all the spaces to an Olympic driving company. Nobody let us know in advance. We were busy the whole time, and the manager was never available to talk through the problem.

I’ve been staying at this aparthotel for a long time. It works especially well for longer visits if you want to cook: the kitchenette is practical, the rooms are good, and reception is warm and friendly. The neighborhood is convenient too, with restaurants, supermarkets, a mosque and the T6 tram station nearby. The prices are fine for corporate stays and a bit high for personal visitors, though I still think it’s worth the cost. Thanks, Greg, for all your help! 😊
