Right in the centre, with clean, modern rooms. You can also rent a private garage right beside the place. There’s a small breakfast room by the entrance, and questions by email got an immediate reply. Great place, highly recommended!

The owners were warm and generous, and even helped with a printing request. They also offered to show me their other property nearer the cathedral. My stay was friendly and easy from start to finish. Parking and payment were arranged around my schedule, with no hassle. I loved being in the centre of town, and the room had recently been redone with lovely taste. The bed was the best, and the little window looked out over a park. At times it made me feel like I was in Amelie, set in Clermont Ferrand. I highly recommend 5 chambres en ville on its own merits. For me, it was a million times better than an Airbnb or a hotel. Yes, one million times!

Lovely hosts who were very helpful, and the place was really clean and comfortable. It’s a great spot, just a few streets from the cathedral.

Poorly staffed with jobsworths, and expensive too. Awful hotel.
