The staff were especially welcoming and helpful, which made it easy to settle in. We stayed one night on the way to Spain, and the hotel's location made it straightforward to reach and get back on the road the next day. Our room was clean, modern, and laid out well for a comfortable rest after a long drive. The facilities and atmosphere added to the comfort. A pleasant, well-run place for a short stop.

Lila, Assia, and Ethan made us feel at home at breakfast, and Lila's cakes were delicious. The breakfast was well worth it. At reception, Myriad was very helpful. We had a great two-night stay. The only snag was the spa booking, since they were supposed to contact us before check-in but it got complicated.

The room was small but clean and practical, with a good shower, and the food was good too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that parking has to be booked and paid for.

The spa was the reason we chose this hotel, even though it's not especially close to the centre. We called the day before to reserve a time and got a confirmation email, but there was no mention of a dress code. When we arrived, reception was quick to offer breakfast, parking, and dinner at the hotel restaurant. But when I asked for a basic vanity kit, they didn't have one. The room was fine, just tiny as described. Getting into the spa was a mess. The receptionist said the changing room was full and wouldn't let us in, telling us to change into robes in our room. There were no robes there, so we had to rush back and forth between the front desk, our room, and the spa. Once inside, the small spa was crowded, and both the pool and showers were cold. About five minutes later, the same staff member stopped us because my husband was wearing regular swim shorts, apparently not allowed. Nobody had told us this, and it wasn't in the email. Their only option was to sell us an unattractive swimsuit for €15. By then, only 40 minutes of our slot remained, and the whole thing had ruined the experience. The service and communication were awful and left no chance to relax. On a Saturday afternoon we asked to speak with the hotel manager, but were told they were away until Monday. The hotel showed little professionalism or understanding of hospitality. It felt more like a scam than a Best Western. I deeply regret booking here. Save yourself the disappointment and stay somewhere else.
