Really, really pleasant.

The small rooms and unresolved safe problem made the price feel unacceptable. I was also unhappy that a young person was left alone in the evening without supervision. Breakfast was pretty meager for a four-star hotel, and the table arrangement wasn't ideal. In short, very unhappy.

We came as a couple for a Christmas gift and left really disappointed. The “relaxation area” in the description turned out to mean massages only, costing €180 for an hour, which felt outrageous. The gym was tiny, and with no restaurant it was difficult to find something to eat. Breakfast was relatively expensive for what was on offer and didn't look very appetizing. Getting to the bar involved a 15-minute wait. I'd hoped for a relaxing, romantic weekend, but it was a complete disaster. I won't be back.

The junior suite was spotless, nicely decorated, and laid out perfectly, with a comfortable bed. The hotel is ideally located, and the parking was easy to access with remote opening through the intercom. Breakfast had a great selection, and the waitstaff were excellent. My only small complaint was the lack of organic products. Thanks for the pastries! We arrived around 8 p.m. on December 25th, and the receptionist was fantastic. There was a small booking issue, but she took the time to sort it out right away. She was warm, friendly, and professional. At checkout on the 26th, the receptionist was pleasant and smiling too. Everything was perfect, and we'll come back.
