I had a great stay during the short film festival. The staff were consistently courteous and tried to help. One day I needed to work alone in my room and focus, so the lounge wasn't an option, but the WiFi on the fifth floor was too poor for me to work properly. They may need to check coverage there and perhaps upgrade the broadband and router setup in general. The TV was a bit small, and there was no way to connect or cast to it. It did have both BBC1 and BBC2, which was great. Maybe the fancier rooms have better WiFi and TVs.

They cleaned the room every day, and it was very nice. The service was kind, and they helped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, right in the city centre, with good restaurants and shops about a 10-minute walk away.

Parking in the garage beneath the hotel was convenient and reasonably priced. The spa area was clean and well equipped, and our spacious room had a comfortable bed and was kept clean. Staff were friendly and helpful at all hours. There were plenty of places to eat and sights to see nearby. The location is excellent, and we'll stay here again.

We stopped for one night on the way from Paris to Lourdes. The hotel was very central, yet quiet, with lots of places to eat within a 5-10 minute walk. The view was beautiful. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was fairly standard, mostly pastries, bread, salami, ham, and cheese.

I stayed the night of 12 to 13 July 2025. It's right in the heart of Clermont, and everything was clean. The staff were nice, there weren't many people around, and the jacuzzi was free. A great hotel, which I absolutely recommend.
