Brit Hotel Clermont L'Herault

The parking felt comfortable and secure, and the hotel works well enough for a driver or worker needing a place to sleep. My room and bathroom were both small, though, and there wasn't much else special about the place. All evening I could hear people walking and slamming doors in the corridor. If reception is empty, you have to check yourself in at the machine by the front entrance. Also, don't count on speaking English here. It's France.

The desk staff were very pleasant, and the location makes it easy to get on and off the motorway. Parking was simple, and the shower was good. The room was a little dated and small, but perfectly fine for a night.

Easy to find and clean and comfortable, just a short way off the autoroute. There's not much nearby apart from the Italian place next door, but it's a good overnight stop.

Our reservation number and name both failed at the electronic entry system, and there was no reception at the hotel to help. We ended up searching for somewhere else in the middle of the night. They refunded us and apologized, but I won't risk booking there again.
