B&B Hotel Paris Clichy-Sous-Bois

Getting around was easy from here, and McDonald's is just around the corner if you get hungry late at night. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was very good.

After the first three days, when I’d been able to use the hotel car park without any trouble, I was suddenly told I couldn’t park there because I “hadn’t paid.” Nothing had changed, and nobody had raised this before. They gave no explanation or proper communication and simply refused to let me in. I had to leave my car 10 minutes away in a place that felt unsafe and unsecured. If it gets damaged, I’ll hold the hotel responsible and make a claim. Staff are only reachable through a limited intercom system, with no reception or proper support. That’s unacceptable for a business dealing with guests, and the whole experience felt dismissive. I’d been staying there for several days, and although things seemed fine at first, they quickly went downhill. Poorly managed, unprofessional, and frankly unsafe. I strongly advise against booking here.

The room was quiet enough for me to relax and get work done, though the walls are very thin. I also got help with my reservation from Bertie, one of the receptionists. Her English isn’t very strong, but she still managed to help me. I enjoyed my stay.

The room was good quality for a cheap price. It’s a basic hotel with basic services, and there’s protected parking on site.
