Hotel Au Bon Coin

I couldn’t make the trip because of the travel restrictions. A week before the stay, I’d already told the hotel and asked to cancel or get part of the money back when the restrictions came in. They didn’t answer my messages or pick up when I called over several days. Booking.com also tried to reach them and got nowhere. On the final day, the hotel called us and said they’d never been contacted, even though we’d made about 10 calls and sent at least two emails. I ended up paying the full amount, including visitor’s tax, despite not staying there. They kept taxes they shouldn’t have collected and still weren’t responding.

We love relaxing outside here. The coffee is excellent, and the service is so pleasant.

The service was the worst I’ve ever had. The staff were unfriendly and arrogant, and the whole experience was horrible.

This was just right for us!
