Thanks for a quiet stay. The location and parking were great, and you did eventually turn on the heat after we raised the cold room twice. At 16:00 it was 19 degrees, so we expected it to get colder overnight. It would have been better not to be lectured about what to wear, especially with the derogatory comments. My wife understood your French. The floors also needed a proper clean. You did make an effort to resolve the heating issue, but I’d suggest changing your attitude toward guests, or leaving hospitality.

The hosts were so kind and accommodating, and breakfast was generous. We had a comfortable room in a lovely spot between the old town and a long, shaded bike path.

We stayed here last night in August 2021. The hotel looked like it had been repainted during the pandemic, and the receptionist was very friendly. Breakfast was nice, and the location is away from the car highway. The only snag was that every restaurant in the village seemed closed on Monday night.

Really good value, very clean, and no stairs to deal with. The town centre is just a five-minute walk away. We had a fantastic short stay and I’d highly recommend it.

Rooms were clean and cosy, and the location was good. Breakfast was mediocre, and communicating in English can sometimes be a problem.
