There are beautiful beaches within driving distance, and this is a lively campsite with music late into the evening. It didn’t bother us. The pitches are huge. Ours was a bit smaller at first, but they were happy to move us. One amenities block was much better than the other, though both had plenty of hot water and were cleaned regularly.

The campsite has a family feel and the pitches are big and spacious. The pool was nice, and the restaurant had a good vibe. The toilet and shower facilities were spotless, though dated. Still, the shop is practically nonexistent and the bar was expensive. Our pitch cost €76 a night for two adults, two children and two dogs, with no electricity. We’ve stayed at nicer places for less. Please sort out the shop and prices.

We came with our touring caravan for five nights in June 24. The pool and bar area are pretty good, and the shaded pitch was welcome when we arrived in 32-degree heat. But the trees were overgrown and dropped berries that stuck to everything. The site feels like it’s seen better days, with more attention going to static cabins. The sanitary facilities were usable but tired and due for an update, and there’s no toilet paper. It’s on the edge of Cogolin in a peaceful setting, but outside the gate the mile-long walk into town passes car workshops, a scrapyard and wholesalers, with no proper pavement. You could do worse, or pay a lot more for somewhere better.

After a week in the bungalow, we found two very large rats there and couldn’t sleep. I even took a video. They moved us to a smaller bungalow where there wasn’t space to unpack our suitcases. They don’t know how to treat guests, and we’ll never go back. I can’t recommend the place either. Everyone who used the pool got a rash.

We’ve been here four years in a row and love this part of the Riviera. The camping setup is perfect for us, and the children love the fantastic swimming area. The shower and WC facilities are excellent, whatever the other reviews say. The evening entertainment in peak summer isn’t our thing, so we skip it. Our pitch is farthest from the bar, and everything wraps up around 11pm.
