We rented L’Equinox and La Calade in this building and would happily recommend either one. The central location made it easy to reach restaurants, cafes, and the town’s three main beaches. The shuttle from the parking lot outside town stops about a three-minute walk away. Both apartments had clean, comfortable furniture with a modern minimalist look. The kitchens were modern and well equipped, with cutlery, dishes, cookware, utensils, a great coffee maker, kettle, full-size fridge, and a clean oven. Each also had a washer-dryer. The bathrooms were clean and worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels were very nice. Air conditioning in every room worked well. Wi-Fi handled my two MS Teams calls without trouble, though I didn’t check upload or download speeds. We booked on the website with no problems, and Carine was very helpful and easy to reach on WhatsApp. Of all the houses we’ve rented in Collioure, this has been our best experience so far. We look forward to coming back.

Our early April arrival at the "Le Belvédère" apartment on the second floor, with its rooftop terrace, was a lovely surprise. Carine and Julie looked after us so well and welcomed us warmly. The apartment and the whole villa are superb, with tasteful decor and high-quality furniture. The terrace has a magnificent view over the town and its bay. With the sun out, we enjoyed it from breakfast through evening drinks. Right in the heart of Collioure, the villa opens straight onto pedestrian streets. We had a wonderful week in the Collioure sun. Huge thanks to our hosts for making our family holiday so enjoyable. I highly recommend the "Les Glycines" villa.

The welcome was warm and the service was excellent. The apartment has been renovated with real attention to detail, and the furniture and materials are high quality. It’s spacious and well equipped with modern, effective appliances. The bed, sofa, and everything else were very comfortable. They’d even made the beds when we arrived, and the linens smelled divine. Absolutely perfect!

Everything was within walking distance from this ideally located apartment, and we had an amazing week. It’s fully equipped and tastefully decorated, with excellent bedding and very good thermal and sound insulation. The owners were friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!
