We were very comfortable here for two nights with our 16-month-old. The apartment had everything we needed, and Samantha answered our questions clearly and quickly. Saint Josse public parking is about a 10-minute walk away. There’s no lift, though that’s common around here. They also kindly agreed to a late checkout while our baby was asleep. We’d happily stay again if we return. Thank you!

The problems started with misleading photos and continued with a water leak, a broken washing machine, cork kitchen countertops, and electrical work that wasn’t compliant. I left after just one week of a four-week booking and never got any refund from the owner. I can only guess the place was rented to unsuspecting tourists the day after I left. I’d lived in Colmar for 25 years and only needed to move temporarily while renovations were done after water damage. I trusted the rental site ratings, but the experience was a nightmare. Maybe I wasn’t the intended clientele, but as a local, I’m ashamed that tourists can be charged so much to stay in properties like this.

It’s a small place, but clean, comfortable, and equipped with what you need. The apartment matched the posted photos, and the hostess was helpful with messages and even left us a bottle of wine. Being right in the center made it easy to explore the historic area and Little Venice.

Right in the center of Colamru, and the place was clean and cozy. Really great!
