Appartements Des 2 Têtes

The bed was perfect, and our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was a treat, too: fruit, yoghurt, meats, cheese, fresh croissants, cakes, and juice were waiting at the table, and we could order eggs made different ways along with hot drinks. The staff were so helpful that they packed water and cake for our onward drive. The hotel is right in the center of the old town, and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s the little things that make the difference.

We spent our final three nights in Colmar here, in Room 109, and had a wonderful stay. The room was beautifully furnished, with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower, and great amenities. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and the staff serving it were among the kindest we’ve met. The whole team, at breakfast and at the front desk, made us feel welcome morning and evening. Marion and everyone there brought a kind of heartfelt hospitality you rarely find, even at top luxury hotels. We often stay at places like The Ritz and The Four Seasons, and this hotel was every bit as enjoyable for us, maybe even more. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Don’t miss breakfast. It was my favorite meal during our time in Colmar. Emanuela served us with so much charm and made us feel at home. A truly five-star experience, highly recommend!

The staff are what make this hotel special. They were warm, friendly, and professional without being stuffy, and treated us like old friends. We were blown away from arriving at the parking area, which has limited spaces so book ahead, right through to leaving with a gift of freshly made pistachio cake. The building is stunning and full of history, our room was gorgeous, and the food was outrageous. There are three restaurants, one with a ⭐, and breakfast was especially memorable. Can’t wait to come back to beautiful Colmar!
