My Colmar Homes - Colmar Rempart

The location is great if you want to visit Colmar, and the apartment itself is spacious and nicely decorated. We were there from Saturday to Wednesday. It has two bedrooms with double beds, and the living room sofa also turns into a bed. The rooms were a reasonable size, with tall wardrobes and plenty of storage. The living and dining area was big and bright. There are two bathrooms, one with a toilet but nowhere to wash your hands, and another with the shower and sink. It was awkward having to cross the whole apartment after using the toilet just to wash my hands. The shower drain was slow, and water could spill out if we weren’t careful. The main problem was cleanliness, which was almost nonexistent and left us very disappointed. The mini kitchen didn’t have good cooking utensils. Some dishes were broken or dirty, so we had to wash what we wanted to use. The dishwasher was disgusting and needed washing out, and the oven was black inside. The extractor hood seemed to blow air back into the apartment instead of drawing it out, so cooking smells lingered. Because it was cold, we had to open the windows to clear them. I also found tiny pieces of broken glass under a rug in one bedroom. I didn’t remember to take photos.
