The year was full of problems, and the owner often wasn't there to deal with them. When the washing machine had a technical issue, for example, we reminded him several times and still couldn't get help. The apartment was meant for an 8-month rental, but on day one it wasn't fit to live in: beds were dismantled, wires were sticking out of the wall, and the flooring hadn't even been put in. There was more after that. At the final inspection, he kept our deposit, over €1000 in total, saying there was still dust in a few corners. I don't recommend it. Colmar is a beautiful city, which makes ending up in a place like this such a shame.
