The photos were fake and showed the opposite of what we found. Bed bugs bit me on my face, hands, and back from the first night. There was no soap in the room for washing our hands, and the shower floor was old and rusty, with an empty soap dispenser. We couldn’t even get toilet paper out, and towels weren’t provided unless you paid. I showed the cleaner the bed bugs, and she just said, “Oh, ok.” Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen. Hailey at reception was disrespectful and treated us in a racist way. She didn’t even tell us our room number. The next day Yousef was there, and he was very kind and polite and helped us a lot.

They’re so welcoming and kind, and make you feel like you’re staying in a family home. The manager in particular is a caring, kind man. God bless your work, and keep it up!

A complete disaster.

Avoid this place. There was a bedbug infestation, and permanent residents were leaving their belongings there, like people with nowhere to stay. I left after only a couple of hours. Bedbugs were all over, and I got bitten.
