My room seemed small at first, but it was cosy. The hotel is in an old building that had been renovated really well. It had opened shortly before my visit, so everything still smelled fresh and new. The theme was inviting and inspiring, and the place felt relaxing. The room was out of service, though I could walk up three and a half floors, which was good exercise. Coming back down was a BIG PAIN for my kneecaps! I hope the lift has been fixed by now.

Breakfast was still plentiful at 9:45 am, which was great, and the price felt like good value. The hotel is in a handy spot, about a five-minute walk from Stade train station and 20 minutes from Paris. It's fairly quiet there, too. This was my first night at the hotel, in a newly renovated building with sleek, stylish design. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of amenities, including a bar and shop. My room was brand new, with splendid sports-themed decor, and the practically new bedding was very comfortable. I recommend it and will be back.

We booked the venue for an event on Saturday, January 24th. The staff were fantastic, dynamic, professional, helpful and welcoming, and did their best to meet our needs. The venue was spacious and private, so we could arrange it as we wanted. The rooms were roomy and clean, with very comfortable beds. It's conveniently close to the train station for trips to Paris and elsewhere, and the highway is nearby if you're driving. I'd highly recommend it for an event or a stay. Thanks again to everyone, especially Benoit, Ali and Ahmed, who were incredibly helpful.

My room's heating wasn't working in the middle of winter. I reported it at reception, and they said they'd pass it on, but nothing would be done because management and the technical representative had a problem between them. Breakfast had little variety, and the staff were barely around. If you arrived a bit late, there was nothing left. I was disappointed with my stay.
