The room was tiny, barely big enough for the bed and a bit of room to turn around. The bathroom was ridiculously small too. Sitting on the toilet meant having your nose right by the sink. The place was dirty, ugly and poorly soundproofed. Reception was very slow and unfriendly, and there was no parking. What a mess. Shame you can’t give zero.

This is a social hotel for people facing difficult circumstances or experiencing homelessness. You need a certificate from a social worker to access the facility.

There’s no breakfast, and the rooms are basic and not completely clean. On the plus side, it’s centrally located right by a train station, with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

I was meant to stay a week, but left after just one night. It was a nightmare, and I’d advise against this place. The atmosphere was awful and I felt watched wherever I went. There’s no breakfast service, lounge, or games room. To me, it felt like a shelter for homeless or undocumented people, not a hotel. I was very disappointed. The night watchman sleeps on the floor at night, which added to the awful atmosphere, and he doesn’t understand French very well. I think this should be reported to the relevant authorities. It’s hard to believe guests consider this establishment a hotel. It seems to house homeless undocumented people through the 115 emergency hotline.
