The staff were rude and the food was awful. There are much nicer places in colomier.

The room had heating but no cooling, so with the heavy traffic outside I had to leave the window open all night. The breakfast was mediocre and had almost no variety, and the in-house bar never opened. Reception was poorly staffed, while the restaurant is in a separate building next door. The “Business Center” is just a chair and laptop, and there really aren’t any facilities to speak of. It looks like a nice hotel, but it’s run so poorly. A bit of effort and investment could make it much better.

La piscine du Canard is a nice place, but the staff weren’t up to par. They mixed up two reservations and expected 30 people for the evening instead of the 90 that had been announced. I think that’s why they served us such a small amount of food, although they deny it. They still insisted we pay full price. We couldn’t even use the pool, since it closes at 7 pm.

The food was excellent and the meeting facilities were pretty good when I visited for a daytime meeting and lunch. The whole place could use a facelift, but it was okay.
