Borrowing bicycles gave us a chance to explore the neighboring towns and villages and see the picturesque beauty of Colonzelle. We were there with toddlers on our first countryside trip outside Switzerland, and the chalet felt like home thanks to Francoise and her warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and comfortable, and we looked forward to the delicious French breakfast every morning. There was plenty to enjoy on site too: a lovely garden, refreshing pool, kids' playground, and a little farm with friendly chickens, goats, and rabbits, plus a barbecue area and sports like tennis, ping pong, and volleyball. The setting was idyllic. We had such a memorable stay and already hope to come back. Thanks again, Francoise.

We’ve now been to La Moutiere three years in a row, and this summer we even had our wedding there. It felt like a fairytale. Francoise is the most energetic and involved hostess we’ve ever met. The rooms are clean, the garden is beautiful, and you can enjoy your own food and drinks, which is a must with all the delicious France products. It’s a wonderful base for relaxing and exploring around Grignan, le Mont Ventoux, and elsewhere in The Drôme, with or without kids. I can only say: go there!

The surroundings are beautiful, and Mdm. Francoise Levevbre is there full time to look after and support the place. I do wish breakfast could be served an hour earlier. Thank you.
