Ma Cabane du Canada

We had two really pleasant days here. The house is calm and welcoming, much like the owner. The rooms are roomy, and breakfast feels like a friendly gathering. It's also a great base for exploring the Suisse Normande region.

Breakfast was good, and we had a lovely view while eating. The room was decent and the bed comfortable. For our first stay at a bed and breakfast, it was a good experience: we were welcomed warmly and offered cider when we arrived.

We used a Dakotabox voucher for our first night in a bed and breakfast. The house has a distinctive feel, and our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The hosts were helpful, and breakfast came with a lovely view. I'd recommend it!

We were a little nervous about our first guesthouse stay and how the two nights would turn out. But the hosts welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home right away 😁 They helped us plan sightseeing and pick restaurants. The cozy house has wood from Canada, and the room's Canadian decor is unique. The bedding was perfect. You do share the toilet, bathroom, and living area with other guests, but that didn't bother me. This is a stay with locals and a chance to live communally, not a 5-star castle 🌟, and I found that much nicer than a miserable cheap hotel room. Sharing breakfast with another guest was lovely, especially with that peaceful view. We really felt at home 😁 Thanks for the hospitality, we'll be back.
