We were lucky to find a last-minute room at Armor Hotel after our car broke down late at night near Compiègne. The team welcomed us with real warmth, reassured us, and quickly contacted several garages and tire centers to help arrange repairs. That made a stressful night much easier. We slept well, knowing we were in good hands, and their efforts meant the car was fixed the next day so we could continue without delay. The comfort and service were a pleasant surprise for such a fair price, and the value was excellent. We’re very grateful to the whole team. I’d recommend Armor Hotel for a stop during a longer drive through the region, especially because of the people who run it.

I stayed three nights in this small hotel in the center of Compiegne, on a main street that was a bit noisy. I liked the place and the bed was clean, but the shower was a little dirty and the water wouldn’t drain. Breakfast was poor, though I’ve had the same experience in all six hotels I’ve stayed at in France. My company booked and paid for this one. If I were paying myself, I’d look for another hotel at this price. For me, it’s a 5/10.

There was no one at reception when we arrived, and we waited 45 minutes for the man to show up. The room was very small, and the website photos didn’t match it. The shower was dirty, and drunk people in the street made so much noise that my children couldn’t sleep at all. Awful experience. Don’t book this hotel.

We only needed a place for the night, and this was ideal. The facilities are basic, but it’s clean and the staff are friendly.
