Nicolas was available whenever needed, thank you. The apartment is very nicely decorated and has all the comforts you need. It’s a stone's throw from the city center and the bus stops. I recommend it.

The only thing the owner seemed concerned about was that we’d left the hot tub uncovered for a few hours. There’s a camera, so he can spy on you. Meanwhile, we were in a cold, damp cellar of an apartment where we weren’t allowed to turn on the heating, and ants were everywhere. We barely slept that night.

The only good thing was the jacuzzi, but even with that, leave it running too long and you get a warning. The garden’s private area was filmed, and nobody mentioned it. The place was infested with ant nests, yet cost €150 a night, plus a €15 cleaning charge. It’s a cold, damp cellar, though thankfully there were radiators. I barely dared open the cupboards because the finish was so bad I worried they’d fall on me. There was hardly any light, just a tiny cellar window, and the bedding felt like something from a prison cell. Complaining about two clean glasses by the sink on top of all that is a real rip-off. After many Airbnb stays, this was the worst I’ve experienced. It’s an expensive place with no standards, and not worth €150 a night.

From April 17th to 24th, I stayed in the "L'Annexe" studio after arriving from Paris to begin my legal career at a firm in Compiègne. It was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I could walk to work and around the city center, and I found parking right outside, which made carrying suitcases and other belongings easy. Nicolas was incredibly kind, available, and quick to respond to what I needed. I highly recommend it. 10/10!
