Just right for a weekend away, with great rooms.

The room was basic, but clean, modern, and comfortable enough. Breakfast was pretty good for the price. For ventilation, though, the only choice was to leave the window wide open or shut it, so it was either noisy and cool or stuffy and hot.

The receptionist was a big help during our week here, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. There’s a Lidl and a patisserie nearby, plus a cycle track that leads into the town centre.

2/10
The rooms are just okay for a two-star hotel, and the Wi-Fi is weak and keeps dropping. Most of the staff were okay, but the night-shift guy was very bad: disrespectful, annoying, and unhelpful. His way of speaking to clients was awful, and he insulted some customers. It was the worst hotel experience ever. People like that shouldn’t be receiving clients when all they do is fight with and insult paying customers. Also, don’t trust the distance listed on the site. It’s almost an hour’s walk from the centre, in the middle of nowhere, and they couldn’t even help call a taxi when you’re late for the buses!
