We were warmly welcomed and the service was friendly. Our refurbished room felt modern, and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant is excellent, with an elegant carpeted dining room and lovely flowers on the tables. The chef had worked at the Ritz when he was younger, and the several four-course menus were all very reasonably priced. I highly recommend staying here and eating at the restaurant.

The food was excellent. The accommodation was simple but clean, and breakfast was nice.

We enjoyed a lovely meal outdoors even though it was raining, so we could keep COVID safe with our toddler. The chef put together a special child-friendly plate and checked that he was happy. All of us adults were impressed by the ingredients and presentation, and the service was impeccable. Delicious food, and we’re looking forward to coming back. Thank you, it was a real treat!

The meal was a real gastronomic delight, with each course balancing flavours, colours, and textures beautifully. Everything was freshly cooked, and the service was excellent, with a smile. The staff also knew the wine list well and gave helpful advice. Thanks to everyone working behind the scenes, it was truly memorable. Logis currently rates the restaurant at 3 cocottes, and we hope it gets a fourth soon. Ignore 758medf!
