Le Logis Des Cordeliers

It’s peaceful here, yet still only a few minutes’ walk into the town centre. The spacious rooms have balconies overlooking the pool and are well equipped. The owners and their dog are very friendly, and if you follow football, chat with them, they really know their stuff. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone in the area. Like another reviewer said, it feels more like staying at a family member’s home.

The welcome was generous, the rooms were big and comfortable, and the lovely pool and convenient location made this a great stop on our Chemin de St. Jacques de Compostelle trip, booked through Chamina Voyage. The old-fashioned decor made me feel like I was staying with my grandmother, but everything was clean and comfortable. We were lucky to have two nights here. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent, and we ate dinner at the local pizzeria. Best of all, there’s a dog named Indigo.

The rooms are simple but comfortable and spotless, and the staff are friendly and efficient despite service being fairly sparse. The motel itself is modest, as are the facilities. Its modern structure looks a little out of place squeezed among old stone houses. There’s no real bar, though drinks somehow turn up from out back. No restaurant either, and the breakfast room isn’t especially smart. We were comfortable and would gladly return.

A nice little place to stay, with a decent-sized pool and really friendly owners. Condom is a lovely town for a wander too.
