We slept well in a peaceful, clean room with fresh linens and reliable internet. The hotel locks up at night, so we had one key for the hallway and another for our room. It’s a small private hotel near Paris, with a RER station and bus stop close by, making it quick and easy to get into the city. The area felt quiet and safe, without the big tourist crowds. There’s courtyard parking, plus a little bar and bistro downstairs where you can get breakfast or lunch. One person runs both, and he was fantastic: always smiling, welcoming, and able to speak French and English. He even helped us sort out a few things over the phone since we don’t speak French. Huge respect to him. We stayed in October 2013, and after all these years I still remember the place fondly. Then we headed off to explore beautiful France.

An absolute horror. Ask to see the kitchen, it’s a real adventure. And the service! Complain and you’ll end up in the gutter. The police are on the case, and we’re waiting for closing time.

The welcome is warm and genuine, and the setting is simple. It’s also right by the legendary "Je Sers" boat, the train station, and the river, where you can take a walk. The couscous is delicious for such an attractive price. Go without hesitation!
