The smoke alarm started ringing in the evening, and the manager came to switch it off without saying anything to us. Later, I was nearly attacked by their dog. It seemed like they keep a security dog inside the hotel. When I arrived, the door to this “Hotel” was shut, so I had to wait outside until someone came. A strange experience. I’ll never return, and I don’t understand why this place calls itself a hotel when it isn’t one.

The staff were helpful 👍🏼. The garden is large, but a bit bland, and with some work the hotel could be much nicer. I expected more, though it was fine for one night.

Quiet house with huge rooms and a comfortable bed. Beautiful place, good value, and I’d recommend it.

The rooms are spacious and perfectly fine. It’s a good local hotel, with restaurants about a five-minute drive away.
