I want to say a heartfelt thank you to Domitys Résidence des Tarterêts. My father has lived there for three years, and things are going very well. The whole team deserves thanks: reception, housekeeping, catering and serving staff, caregivers, and the support team. Sorry if I’ve left anyone out. You’re all wonderful. There are lots of activities, even though my father doesn’t always join in. What means a lot to us is that if he hasn’t come downstairs, someone takes the time to call or even check on him in person. That’s remarkable, and it gives families real peace of mind. It hurts to read negative comments sometimes, because we see how much care and kindness the residents receive. Thank you for all that you do. With gratitude.

We booked for two nights without realizing this was a senior living residence, but it turned out to be a lovely experience. We had a whole apartment with a terrace, welcoming decor, and good taste throughout. Parking was free. The pool was closed because of a water problem, which was a shame, but the staff were very friendly and pleasant.

This place is a disgrace, more concerned with making money than residents’ well-being. It’s meant to be a service residence for seniors with reduced mobility, GIR 6 or GIR 5, but it doesn’t meet those conditions. Leaks can reach electrical cables, putting both residents and staff at risk. Repairs can take days or even weeks, leaving people without TNT, Wi-Fi, hot water, or heating. A sewage pipe burst recently, and the stench in the reception hall lasted for weeks. The Domitys Corbeil charter on the right to information hasn’t been respected. AG2R owns more than 60% of the shares!? Rent receipts, though, are never forgotten. Required club activities cost up to 600 euros, and Serenity shows more than 320 euros. It’s broken today too. The services are a mess. The Titanic, basically. Too bad about the pigeons. I still agree with the review from six months ago. Here’s a quick photo of the cockroaches roaming Domitys de Corbeil. As of August 28, 2025, the Wi-Fi is still down, with no CIAL gesture. I don’t know who’s posting positive reviews; they’re probably fake to attract customers. And here’s a quick photo of the trash cans around Domitys de Corbeil in Les Tarterets. At least you don’t also get the smells! I don’t recommend this place. Even the police say they’re not welcome in the Les Tarterets neighborhood. You can see why, with dumpster fires on some sidewalks. Pick somewhere cleaner and more peaceful.

I booked an apartment for three people while attending a work seminar nearby. It was spotless and looked new, with a spacious, practical layout, two bedrooms, three beds, and a separate toilet. The furniture was tasteful, and the bedding was excellent. We had underground parking and a balcony, and there was a welcome tray for our 6:00 AM departure the next morning. The setting seemed quiet. I arrived and left at night, so I can’t really comment on the exterior, which looked rather concrete, or on the pool, sauna, and fitness room.
