We were left outside because the door wouldn’t open from the street, and ended up having to find another hotel. The communication was incredibly poor, and the staff didn’t seem courteous or professional. It felt like a scam.

The location is peaceful and convenient, and the place itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and genuinely comfortable. Everything felt carefully considered and well equipped. I had no complaints at all, from arrival to the end of the stay, and felt at home right away. I’d happily return and recommend it 100%.
