Gîte La Cabotte Rullyotine

We’ll be back. The gîte is in a rich wine region, with magnificent vineyard walks and a breathtaking view of Rully Castle. Mercurey is 3 kilometers away and Santenay 6. There’s a bakery in the village, though it’s closed on Mondays, and a grocery shop too. A big thank you for all the tourist information at the gîte. The whole house is well laid out, with four twin bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven and microwave, plus a dishwasher and coffee maker. The terrace has a relaxation area and a lovely dining table, and there’s a gas barbecue with a griddle nearby. The place is beautifully decorated with original light fixtures made in the village. There’s also a ping-pong table and sauna. Everything is thoughtfully organized, and we got a warm welcome. Booking through Booking.com or Gîtes de France was easy. The owner can also arrange hot air balloon rides.

The view over the castle and vineyards was lovely, and the children had games to play. We had a wonderful weekend at Yannick's. The accommodation worked really well, and our host was incredibly kind. I highly recommend a wine tasting with Yannick in the cellar 😉

There were seven of us, and we spent four days at Yannick's. La Cabotte Rullyotine is a very comfortable, spacious and quiet gîte right opposite Rully Castle. It was superbly equipped and impeccably clean. The children were well catered for, with games and toys available. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the place. We fully intend to return. Nine people and six dogs, and they took on the challenge of hosting us. It was perfect. We had a large fenced property on a quiet street, with an incredible castle view. The accommodation was welcoming and very functional. A great place to recharge.
