We had booked everything in advance, including the room and restaurant, but spent the whole evening being ignored with our two young kids. Big groups of adults were allowed to go ahead of us, and people arriving later got served first. We asked for help and nothing changed. The service was awful, and so was the food.

The staff were really kind, though the place is a bit dated.

We spent five days here with our whole family and friends, and everything went perfectly. The staff were warm and attentive, even while busy, and I want to thank them again. The rooms were spotless, and the restaurant was beautifully set up for our wedding reception with 70 guests. We had an excellent meal, a lovely evening, then brunch on Sunday morning. I'm quite demanding, so I commend the team and highly recommend the place.

10/10
A few of us were touring in classic cars and stopped at this quiet little hotel. The private parking was handy, and the two ladies running the place gave us a lovely welcome. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, with good beds. We ate well too, with home-cooked food, and the value for money was excellent.
