The pool and garden were fantastic, and the property in the hills felt beautiful and peaceful, away from the village. We stayed for three nights at the beginning of August. Christine and Jean-Marc were incredibly attentive and gave us a warm welcome. Our room was clean and very nicely decorated. Breakfast was enormous and mostly homemade, with homemade jams and marble cake. Absolutely perfect!

We loved our week at Mas de la Flaquière. The room, "La Bignone," was simply and tastefully decorated, with a large, well-equipped bathroom that was spotless. The bed was comfortable, and the room stayed pleasantly cool despite the intense heat. Each morning we looked forward to breakfast on the charming terrace: pastries, Jean-Marc's different cake each day, Christine's delicious yogurt, fruit salads, and homemade jams. The garden and magnificent pool were beautifully kept. Christine and Jean-Marc were kind, discreet, helpful, and clearly knew their craft. This little June paradise was so calm and far from the bustle. Go without hesitation.

We absolutely loved staying here and can’t wait to return. The cottages and huge pool make it easy to relax, with pine forests and vineyards all around, a little outside Cotignac but close enough to enjoy the village. Christine and Jean-Marc are kind, discreet, and attentive, and that care shows in every detail: a walk-in shower, a dining area with a dishwasher and range hood, private access from the cottage to the pool, and a private terrace. There are two cottages and one guest room with its own terrace, plus a parasol and sun loungers by the pool for each. Everything is spotless and looks brand new. The grounds are lovely for painting, with chairs and small tables overlooking the vineyards, and for relaxing in the hammock. There’s no TV except in the guest rooms, but there’s always an internet connection. Christine and Jean-Marc also offer local products like tapenades and wines, reflexology, and a delicious breakfast you must try, with homemade jams, bread, cake, and compote. Jean-Marc did the work himself, with Christine's impeccable taste behind it all.

The garden and pool are a lovely bonus. The hosts are charming, the setting is idyllic, and the room is very nice. Breakfasts with homemade products are delicious. A highly recommended place if you’re after peace and beauty.

After following a dirt road away from Cotignac, you find a peaceful retreat surrounded by greenery typical of Green Provence. The welcome is warm and refined.
