The place is basic, but clean and free of the odd smells you can run into at budget stays. Parking is easy, fits the purpose, and has security cameras. It’s right by the highway without the noise, so we slept well. There’s fast food and a McDonald's within walking distance, plus a supermarket a few minutes away by car. The staff are friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed twice in the last two years with our mid-sized dog, and the quality has held up. It’s a great stop on long drives to or from Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, or further afield: clean and convenient when you want to get back on the road early. It could also suit someone on a budget staying longer to see the area. Just don’t expect anything fancy.

It’s handy for a trip since the hotel is right along the highway, so there’s no need to drive into a town to find it. Across the highway are a gas station and a large store, and there’s a nearby cafe where you can get a tasty meal. The staff were polite and pleasant. Our room was clean and had air conditioning and a TV. Very good hotel.

For a quick stay, it’s hard to ask for much more. The room was spacious and lovely and clean, with parking right outside, and I slept really well. The welcome was simple, just a handshake and a big smile, and they were keen to help when I asked where to go for dinner. It really is only a four star hotel motel, but the little location is perfect.

Good value for money, with a great location and service. It has exactly what you need when stopping during a trip. I’ll definitely come back.

The owners are nice, and the quality is very good for an interesting rate. It’s ideally located, with your car right by the room.
