Apt with BALCON 10min from La Défense

I stayed for three weeks, and the hotel lost my laundry more than once without resolving the problem. Afterward, management wouldn’t apologize or acknowledge the mistake in several emails. They also declined my reasonable request for money toward replacing the clothes, offering only inflexible loyalty points instead. As a Platinum Accor member, I expected more respect and flexibility. This poor handling left me profoundly disappointed in the service and management, and undermined my confidence in the hotel.

The rooms were quiet and very clean, and the location made getting around easy, with the metro less than a 10-minute walk away. There were a few snags: the lift wasn’t working at check-in, though staff kindly helped us with our bags, and the parking door was confusing at first because there were no signs. The area by the parking gate also smelled strongly of urine, as if someone had been relieving themselves there. Still, I had a great stay and would recommend it. More pros than cons.

The staff were friendly, but the stay was far below expectations for what we paid. There was no air conditioning, and the hygiene was noticeably poor. My wife suspected the sheets were dirty and developed shingles. This was by far my worst experience at an Accor hotel.

We’d definitely come back when we’re in Paris again. The apartments are modern and pleasant, with a balcony, separate bedroom and living room, and a small equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. There’s greenery around the property, and La Défense metro and train station and Westfield shopping mall are both under a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast had a very good selection, including lactose-free items and fresh orange juice. There’s also a little shop at reception for things you’ve forgotten. Great value for money, and thanks for the stay.
