The staff are nice and the rooms are okay, but the constant repair noise means you can’t sleep past 8 a.m. There’s always hammering or drilling. Also, the kitchen fans connect directly to the ventilation system, so smells from what your neighbors cook come into your flat. In my opinion, it’s not worth the 800+ it costs per month.

On the 10th floor, my room was roomy, clean and comfortable, and it stayed surprisingly quiet for central Paris. I barely heard anything from the hotel or outside. The mattress was uneven and a bit uncomfortable, though I still slept well.

I had a terrible experience with this residence. They made me pay three months' rent before I was even allowed to see the room, after I arrived tired from a long flight from India. Now it has been more than six months since I checked out, and my security deposit still hasn't been returned. They don't answer my emails either. I wouldn't recommend this place to international students.

The place itself is nice, but I didn't feel safe on the ground floor. The main door has a round section of glass that's almost broken, as if someone had tried to smash it. The hot water ran out while I was showering, and the cold water was extremely cold.
