Omar at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. He kept trying to dominate the conversation and insist he was right, without giving me a chance to speak. At one point he raised his voice, and I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. This isn’t the kind of professionalism anyone should face while checking into a hotel. I’d be ashamed to have someone so unprofessional representing my business at reception.

We arrived to find that the specific room we’d booked wasn’t available because of “technical issues,” and were assigned a different room that was completely unacceptable. The bed was extremely old and had bed bugs. The toilet was dirty, and both the hand towel and bedding towel were yellow. The hygiene and cleanliness were shocking, and the price was far too high for this kind of service.

The hotel team went above and beyond to get my iPhone back to me in the UK after I accidentally left it behind. It held important, irreplaceable personal data, so retrieving it also meant getting back all the precious memories stored on it. They replied promptly to my email, kept me updated, and carefully coordinated the safe return with DHL. I can’t thank the Appart Hotel team enough for their help and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Paris, and I’ll stay here again on my next trip so I can thank them in person.

The room was really clean, and the staff were nice. We used the parking for 15€ a night, which was handy. The metro and train station are just a few minutes’ walk away.
