My flight landed on time, so I got to the hotel at 8 a.m. even though check-in was officially at 2 p.m. Emma and Parnaz were really considerate and helpful. They found me a room for an early check-in and even upgraded the room category. By 8:40, I was already relaxing in the room.

Naomi was especially kind, professional, and well-spoken, and made the stay memorable. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I felt valued, almost like a VIP. The hotel is ideally located, just a three-minute walk from the metro, and breakfast was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The city view was beautiful, especially at night, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Novotel Paris La Défense Esplanade was very clean, with an easy metro connection nearby. Parnaz at reception deserves special thanks: she was polite, professional, and helpful, answered all my questions with a smile, and made both check-in and checkout easy and pleasant. I highly recommend the hotel for its comfort and hospitality, and will definitely return.

Breakfast was a lovely start to the day, with plenty of choice and very attentive staff. Mohana was a big help when I checked out, and Chloe gave us a very friendly welcome. Our room had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacred Coeur. The rooms are well equipped and just large enough for a family of four. From arrival through departure, it was a great experience.

The location is handy, with public transport to the city within walking distance, and the small restaurant met our needs. The rooms, though, were dated and noisy. It was an okay stay overall, but I’ve been in better Novotels.
