After a long journey and our first day in Paris, everyone in my group slept well. Our room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, and getting extra towels was easy. Haider and Marc at reception in Ibis in Le Défense Esplanade were wonderful. Haider went out of his way to help my husband and me when we needed it most, with Marc helping too. They made a great team. It was refreshing to see two young men working together to help someone. We really appreciated their effort, patience, positive attitude, and willingness to help. They kept smiling and assisting everyone else who came to them too. Thank you, Haider and Marc, for such great customer service!

Sadio's warm smile and helpfulness made me feel right at home, and the whole team was kind and welcoming. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and breakfast had a great range of delicious choices. The location is also ideal, with a direct connection to the metro that made getting around the city easy. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend the hotel. I'll be back!

The rooms are basic but fine. The hotel is right on the M1 line, and the nearest metro stop is about a four-minute walk from the entrance, with the city centre roughly 25 minutes away. La Defense itself isn't an area I'd recommend exploring on weekends: it's almost completely empty and not many nearby shops are open.

Mitisha gave me a very warm welcome and arranged an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The hotel is handy for both the metro and several office locations. My room was clean but a bit dated and warmer than I like. There was no way to open the windows or adjust the A/C. Breakfast was okay with a good selection, though it got too crowded at rush hour.

Getting into the city was easy from this good location. All the staff were kind. Mr. Ali Haider helped us a lot with our many requests and was patient, professional, and friendly. Ms. Mitisha was kind and friendly when helping us check out, and Ms. Sadeo answered my questions with a smile every time. Thank you so much!
