Melia Paris La Defense

We especially enjoyed the lounge, where tapas and drinks were served before the evening. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room service was very good. Our Level Grand Suite Eiffel Tower View room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom, with an impressive view over the city and the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is outside the central area, but the metro gets you there in 15-20 minutes. Thanks to Zakaria for helping with check-in and check-out, and to Rebeca for looking after us on departure day.

We used the metro every day with the kids, and having the station right outside made it easy. The suite was generously sized for Paris and worked well for our family of four. It was cleaned daily, and the little extras, like cakes, were appreciated. The Level Lounge’s evening tapas and drinks were a nice way to wind down, and the rooftop cocktail bar had great views. There was plenty of space for the kids to quietly hang out. It’s lovely to find a family-friendly hotel that still feels luxurious. Staff were welcoming throughout: Rebecca showed us around at check-in, everyone made an effort to greet us and check we had what we needed, and Gabriel was extra helpful at checkout. It was our first time at The Level, and we’d recommend it.

Getting around was easy, with the metro less than a minute away on foot. The hotel is in a modern part of Paris, and the rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were professional, kind, and welcoming. Raffaella and Gabriel were especially warm and helpful, and made the stay even better. I’d gladly choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Geraldine at reception was a huge help during my first visit to Paris, and her assistance made the stay much more comfortable and pleasant. Service was very good overall. The metro is conveniently close, though Uber drivers may have a bit of trouble finding the hotel.
