Friendly, smiling staff and personal service give this hotel its special family feel. It's my favorite place in Courchevel, right in the center and close to everything, from the ski slopes to restaurants, bars, and shops.

You can rent and store your skis and boots in the same building, and restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. The main ski area is only a few steps from this, the best location in all of Courchevel. We'll definitely come back.

The thing that really made this little hotel special was the staff. They were outstanding and always had genuine smiles. Its spot is great too, near the restaurants, shops, and ski lifts, with ski rental right in the hotel. Breakfast was impeccable, served in an elegant, cosy lounge with a fireplace.

Courchevel is expensive, and this hotel is no exception. The afternoon cakes would be nicer with tea and coffee included, rather than charging extra for something that costs the hotel very little. I saw several guests put off by having to pay for drinks that were otherwise supplied in the room. It may be a small detail, but including them could improve how guests feel, or at least avoid people noticing their absence and commenting on it. The location is fantastic for skiing and amenities, and the hotel mixes an old-fashioned style with some modern touches.

I expected better from a hotel where I was paying to stay. When I asked for help with a concern, the staff showed no interest and offered neither support nor a solution. It was frustrating and felt unprofessional. I won't return, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel.
