The rooms were pleasant, and room service did a fine job bringing fresh towels. The rest of the stay was very disappointing. The meat we were served wasn't cooked enough, and the food was really bad. Wi-Fi was unavailable, and the staff didn't seem very professional or concerned about what they were serving. I won't stay at this hotel again.

The room is a good size and has nice wooden decor, but it's much too warm and there's no way to adjust the temperature inside. If you want to sleep somewhere cool, you'll need to leave a window open.

There were very few breakfast choices, and it was boring. We also had terrible service at dinner and when we arrived at the hotel. There's no Wi-Fi, so be prepared. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff didn't seem very experienced, and both the food and breakfast were terrible and dull. The room was very small and outdated.

There's no parking, and the bar downstairs plays music from 4 pm until 1 am, which was a minor drawback. The hotel itself is pleasant and small, right in the heart of Courchevel 1650, with amenities close by and mountain-style rooms. The manager was friendly. Breakfast was adequate, though expensive for what you got.
