The ski shop was really helpful. But this didn't feel like a five-star stay. Our two-bedroom room was dark, with poor lighting, small windows, and very low ceilings. Service was hit or miss. Some requests were ignored until they no longer mattered, two of the five restaurant reservations they made for us had the wrong time, and they gave us incorrect directions for a reindeer experience they'd booked, making us 15 minutes late. Breakfast was repetitive and just so-so. At this price and level, there must be better hotels.

Being right on the mountain made skiing incredibly convenient. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to take care of even the smallest details. Everything was amazing from beginning to end. Thank you, I'd definitely come back.

The blankets and pillows were poor quality, cheap and not fluffy, and I slept really badly. That's the one thing I'd change, and I'd come back with my own pillow. The rest was great: everyone was kind, the hotel cab took us to restaurants, and it was easy to get to both the slopes and town center. The spa was the best, especially the cold pool, which I love.

The staff were wonderful, the service very good, and both the food and location were amazing. My only issue was that the classic bedroom and its bed were too small.

The spa was excellent, and our room was spacious and clean. We were glad we chose this hotel: the service was excellent, and all the staff were kind and helped with all our questions.
