Le Chalet Des Peupliers

The team made a big impression on me. Everyone was warm, quick to help, happy to offer guidance, and always smiling. Housekeeping came by 2-3 times a day, more often than I personally needed, but I appreciated that kind of attention. It says a lot about the hotel's standards. I work in tourism in Ukraine and have 16 years of experience. I've visited dozens of countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, so I was glad to spend time at this beautiful one. Its location is excellent for transport and close to the lift in Les Praz. My Superior Village room was a great choice. The bed, linens, and pillows were very comfortable, there were plenty of outlets, and the bathroom always had hot water with well-regulated pressure. Everything in the room was perfect. Breakfast was quite good. I'd personally love some fresh vegetables on offer, since I can't imagine eating without them, and I think other guests might appreciate them too. The room was simple, clean, and good, and reception staff were friendly. We also found the most delicious homemade caramel shortbread biscuits waiting in our room when we arrived, such a nice little extra. Breakfast was good, though some fresh fruit on the buffet would make it better. Great hotel.

The views were beautiful, and we had a great stay. The location is great, and the staff were friendly.

Getting to the hotel is easy since it's right at the bottom of the ski lift, with plenty of ski rental shops next door. The staff were incredibly kind and patient with my broken French while I'm learning. They also sorted out fantastic dinner reservations and taxi service, which can be hard to get on weekends. Highly recommend.
