La Ferme de la Ruette

The rooms were spotless and the parking was available, and we loved how peaceful the place was. We've come here with several couples two years in a row now, and each visit has been a pleasure for all of us. The owners are welcoming and easy to talk with. Breakfast is generous, with homemade jams, and the location works well for exploring the bay of Mont on foot or by bike, with sheep along the way. Good value for the price. We'll definitely come back.

We had a lovely view of Mont Saint-Michel from the window, and there’s a fridge plus a well-equipped kitchen guests can use. The room was cozy and spotless, and breakfast was excellent. The shower was a little cramped, but the water got hot straight away. I was worried that not speaking French would make things difficult with the owners, but they were kind and understanding, and we managed to communicate. I’d come back, since I still haven’t seen the high tide. Thank you.

Everything was spotless, and the welcome when we arrived was very good. The next morning, though, the woman at breakfast was unpleasant. She nearly shouted at my nine-year-old nephew, then snapped at my husband when he stepped outside for a smoke. While we were taking our things to the car, she yelled at us to remember to return the keys. I didn't like the way she spoke to us.

We stayed for two nights and had a very warm welcome. The room and bathroom were really clean, and breakfast was simple but very good. It's a great spot if you're arriving by bike, with a cycle path leading to Mont Saint-Michel. Best wishes, Geraldine & Antoine (59).
